PHARMACY CONVEYORS
GOODS LIFTS

The PHARMA-MOVE automatic conveyor system allows you to send packages anywhere in the pharmacy sales area. Thanks to the ability to reach the individual operator, the pharmacy can be structured into sales islands. PHARMA-MOVE conveyor are the evolution of classic pharmacy goods lifts.
To send the products to the operator at the sales counter, the warehouse worker inserts the packages into the starting station and presses the button of the requesting operator. Using PHARMA-MOVE, the warehouse can be located far from the sales area.

Pharma-move consists of the following main elements:
- Starting station
- Horizontal straight conveyor
- Inclined straight conveyor
- 90° Curved
- 45° 90° Curved
- Vertical conveyor up to the counter
- Vertical conveyor down to the counter
- Control unit
The starting station has an operator panel that allows, in addition to viewing the system status, to direct the products to the destination point in the sales area. Depending on the layout of the conveyor line, the products can start in a horizontal or vertical direction, upwards or downwards.
The horizontal straight belt is made of a pair of sheet metal sides joined by steel spacers. The lower part of the belt is closed by a sheet metal to reduce the noise emission of the belt. The ring that constitutes the translating part of the conveyor is made of a double layer of canvas covered in PVC. The belt mat rests on a series of rollers to reduce the noise emission.
The inclined straight belt has the same structure as the inclined belt. The inclination of the belt can reach 10°; for greater inclinations, the inclined belt must be replaced by a vertical conveyor.
90° and 45° curves are used in cases where transport speeds are high and corner connections can cause damage to glass containers. The type of belt used is textile.
Vertical conveyor consist of two elements: the diverter and the elevator itself. The diverter is a bulkhead that opens inside the horizontal conveyor to move the products from the conveyor towards the inside of the elevator. The elevator is a rectangular section duct with an inclined plane that rises, carrying the products to the upper (or lower) plane until the products exit onto the collection tank where they can be collected.
The down vertical module is very similar to the up vertical module; unlike the up module where the products come out spontaneously, in the down module the exit point has a vertical sliding door that opens to let the products out.
The control unit contains the PLC, inverters and power supply for the control and command of the system.
PHARMA-MOVE can be combined with a dispensing robot that loads and picks up products automatically as PREL&VA.
